How do I treat my navel peircing infection with an odd bubble? - navel infection

I Got It peirced about 3 months and most of the time there was a bubble, which usually contain pus and scabs. But it is not violated. I have worked with sea salt and the soaking solution as I have said, but no luck. Help please .. =)
