Probably not. A DI box is designed to eliminate the problems of soil type on. My desktop is the same and it is the sound of the break in the audio clock as the sound card is crap. I will reduce the volume in Windows as possible and to comply with the amplifier. This reduces the word "noise, and also work for you.
Maybe. A DI box is rather the sum is usually the result of ground loops and / or asymmetric links such as the sound processor eliminated. However, if the DI Box provides impedance matching to low impedance output of the laptop, which can help reduce the noise of the processor, which could in the high impedance amplifier input was expressed. If I were you I'd give it a try.
